• Lewisham Exchange (Client: Vita) 219 Fire Doors Certified.We have fully completed and handed over the maintenance for 219 doors. Every repair is logged on OneTrace, giving Vita the exact evidence they need for their building’s safety certificates.
• Croydon (Client: Tide) 435 Fire Doors Certified.Our team successfully repaired and signed off 435 doors. These works were completed during the day (10am–6pm) to keep residents happy while ensuring the building meets the highest safety standards.

• Asquith Court (Client: Pinnacle) 72 Doors in Progress.We are currently on-site at Asquith Court. We are working through 54 fire doors, updating everything from the smoke seals to the frames. Each door is being tracked live on OneTrace as we go.
